A little bit  about Mike's Catering Company its a mobile business that has been in place for about 7 years and is gradually growing and expanding into a Cafe. Soon here in the Valley area within  the next year or so, we dont have an exact date but for sure be on the look out for all of our new things- such as cooking tuturials, recipe book, and our very own cooking channel. Our services include cooked and basic catered food to specialty prepared dishes such as shrimp orderb items. We have a very good hand for all types of cooking to our fine customers needs. I have an amazing team here and will continue to build my empire, my head chef (Austin) is phenominal he brings that New York style to the table and is not affraid of trying new things to meet not only the company and brand but most importantly our wonderful customers and clientel base. How i came up with the business it all started from home, i learned how to make one dish and that turned into several other dishes and i just put my own twist to the things that i was taught. Honestly my parents are my most insprirational cooks and were great teachers, so being said that i was able to learn at an easy going paste and was plenty of room to make errors, which we all do and that truly motivated me more to become a great cook. What makes my company different from alot of competitors is my food is just as good but more econimized and affordable and customers can rely on us to be at your home or venue to make excellent meals to your full satisfaction and personal needs. Theres no waiting in line and our food is always served fresh and clean and all home recipes and self creations of non other. lastly what Makes "Mikes catering company" stand out is its a family oriented company and we have a wide and not only open mind but hearts and all of the food is cooked with "Love" and we defiently deliver and present all food and customer service to its highest demand.
